A new law that looks to help seniors with eligibility with prescription drugs was ceremonially signed by the Governor earlier this week.
The bill passed last year but was officially signed by Governor Josh Shapiro on Tuesday.
The law allows a person’s income to be taken into consideration when deciding on eligibility for senior prescription programs.
The Pharmaceutical Assistance Contract for the Elderly or PACE is funded by the Pennsylvania Lottery.
