Butler Area School District administrators and teachers are introducing a unique program at a local elementary school for use by students across the district.
In a letter to Summit Elementary families and community, the district recently announced the creation of CAPS which stands for Community Agriculture Partnership at Summit Elementary School.
The district is looking for volunteers from the Summit area to help with developing value statements and objectives as well as prioritize projects and select advisory panel members.
Anyone interested in joining the development committee for this project is asked to complete a survey through the district’s website before Monday (3/1).
