A provision for restaurants regarding alcohol sales that was loosened during the height of the pandemic is now law.
Governor Tom Wolf signed legislation that allows restaurants and similar establishments to sell alcohol to seated customers up to a thousand feet away from their physical location.
There’s also a provision that allows recently closed establishments to sell alcohol inventory to other restaurants with a liquor license.
To-go cocktails though still remain up-in-the-air, after the temporarily law expired earlier this year.
