The city of Butler is discouraging the public from attending the next City Council meeting on Tuesday (April 7th) due to the concerns over the Coronavirus.
In a release from City Clerk Mindy Gall, the meeting is set to take place at 7 p.m. in the City Building. In order to offer an alternative, the meeting will be made available through Zoom Video Conference. This way the public can still participate while being in their homes.
As for public comments, there will be an opportunity for that on Zoom during the meeting but also comments are being accepted via email. You can send your concerns to [email protected] by 2p.m. on the date of the meeting.
The meeting will be recorded.
