The next application for the student teacher stipend is about ready to go live.
The program provides $10,000 for student teachers and up to $2,500 for cooperating students.
More than 3,500 aspiring teachers applied for the funding last year, however there was only enough to cover just over 2,300.
The application period opens this Thursday (April 16th).
