The NHL All-Star Game will be played on Sunday, and will continue to feature the 3-on-3 format from the last two seasons.
Day One of the All-Star Weekend began on Saturday with the skills competition. Sidney Crosby and Kris Letang represented the Penguins in the Accuracy Shooting Challenge and Passing Challenge, respectively. Crosby, the defending winner of the Accuracy Shooting Challenge, placed fourth.
Sunday’s events feature a single elimination tournament between the NHL’s four divisions. Three games will be played, with the third game serving as the day’s championship. Game One begins at 3pm.
The Penguins will be back in action on Tuesday, as they host the San Jose Sharks. You can catch Tuesday’s game following the conclusion of the Knoch boys’ basketball game on WISR 680AM.
