A licensed notary in Mercer County is facing charges after he allegedly did not file paperwork on time.
State police say Ronald Scofield failed to submit title and registration paperwork to PennDOT after a number of vehicle transactions.
He also did not pay the proper taxes and fees, which was just over $800.
There were at least six victims according to police, with the possibility of more as additional victims come forward.
