
The National Weather Service is confirming at least four tornadoes for Western Pennsylvania during Sunday’s strong storms.
According to preliminary findings, there were four EF-1 tornadoes that touched down Sunday afternoon. They were in Westmoreland and Indiana counties.
Officials say wind gusts were as high as 76 miles per hour in the strong line of storms.
The National Weather Service is continuing with their investigation today.
