State officials are once again reminding residents about the upcoming REAL ID deadline.
It’s now just over two months away; set for May 7th. A REAL ID will be needed in order to fly domestically or enter a federal building that requires ID at the door.
Officials urge those who need the REAL ID to take care of it soon as to avoid a last-minute rush.
You can get a REAL ID at any of the local driver’s license and photo centers. There is a one-time fee of $30, plus your renewal fee.
The Butler DMV is hosting another day dedicated to issuing REAL IDs on Monday, April 14th.
