Officials Remind Prospective Voters To Register Before Deadline

November’s mid-term general election is a little more than a month away and there is still time to register to vote.

Voter registration ends on October 19. To register to vote in Pennsylvania, you must be a U.S. citizen, be 18-years-old on election day, and be a Pennsylvania resident for at least 30-days before election day, November 3^rd.

The final day to apply for a mail-in or civilian absentee ballot is October 27^th but official’s advice to submit applications before that date to allow time for the application to be processed and ballot mailed.

All state-side ballots must be received by 8 p.m. on election day while military and overseas absentee ballots final day to be received is November 10^th with a November 2^nd postage.
