An Ohio man is facing charges after being accused of selling drugs to undercover informant in the City of Butler.
According to police, 21-year-old Eddie Winphrie Jr. of Youngstown allegedly sold an “8-ball” to an informant last July in the 300 block of East Brady Street.
After the sale, officers say the drugs tested positive for methamphetamines and weighed just over seven grams.
Winphrie has been charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture of deliver.
He’s awaiting a preliminary arraignment.
