A man from Oklahoma was taken into custody after threatening to fight police officers.
Just after midnight Thursday, police were called to a Buffalo Township home for a man threatening his roommate.
When officers tried to speak with 48-year-old John Cooper, he allegedly made threats to police.
Charging documents say Cooper was on the phone and said “this is the fun part where [the police] try to take [Cooper] to jail and [Cooper] fights [the police].”
Police also allege that Cooper made several more threats to police before he was taken into custody.
He has been charged with terroristic threats and harassment and is being held in the Butler County Prison on $175,000 bond as he awaits a preliminary hearing.
