Butler Township Police have released more information about a two-vehicle crash that happened last week in Butler Township and sent one person to the hospital.
It happened last Thursday at the intersection of North Main Street and Beech Road when a vehicle driven by 27-year-old Elizabeth Tosi of Butler had her brakes fail.
She was trying to make a left turn into the southbound lane of Route 8 when she rear-ended by 46-year-old Stephan Kozar of Butler.
Kozar’s rear passenger sustained minor injuries and was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital.
