A Clarion man is recovering after an accident on Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township last weekend.
According to State Police, 23-year-old Alex Peace was driving north on I-79 near East Lancaster Road just after 7:30 a.m. when he fell asleep.
Peace’s vehicle traveled off the road and up an embankment before rolling back down the embankment and landing on the roof.
Peace was transported to UPMC Presbyterian by Harmony EMS for treatment of unknown injuries. Peace has been charged with careless driving.
