Butler City residents may have experienced power outages last night but all power was restored a few hours later.
According to First Energy, power went out for about 1600 customers in Butler City around 9 p.m. last night. By 11:30 p.m. power was restored for those residents.
The outage was due to the wood that sits atop the poles holding wires breaking. Crews had to shut down power in the area of East Fulton and East Penn Streets for repairs.
