Attorney General Dave Sunday says law enforcement has seized more than 50 million doses of fentanyl in the last year.
The announcement was made in Pittsburgh earlier this week with law enforcement officials from across the state, including Butler County District Attorney Rich Goldinger.
Through September, the AG’s office estimates that over 220 pounds of fentanyl has been seized in the state.
It’s estimated that just 2 milligrams of fentanyl can be considered a lethal dose.
To find notable drug busts though out the state more information can be found on the Attorney General website.
