The House Oversight Committee in Harrisburg is beginning an investigation into how the Wolf Administration handled nursing homes during the pandemic.
Long term care facilities have been hit hard by the pandemic in Pennsylvania, with more than 12,000 deaths.
Republicans have argued that early decisions by the Wolf Administration contributed to the spread of the coronavirus inside those facilities, although no specific evidence has been presented yet.
Wolf himself says he welcomes the investigation.
