Butler County will see a number of water line replacements later this year.
Pennsylvania American Water announced that they are going to be replacing three aging lines in December.
The projects will take place on Coal and North Jackson Streets in the City of Butler. The third will be on Division Street in Butler Township.
These are the latest projects from PA American Water in the county—earlier this year two line replacements were done on Mercer Street in the City and Reiber Road in Connoquenessing.
Overall, the organization plans to spend $3.2 million by the end of the year in system upgrades.
