Residents in Lancaster Township could be impacted by a temporary water service interruption tomorrow.
Pennsylvania American Water announced that about 380 customers will be without service from about 9 a.m. until around 5 p.m. on Thursday.
Crews are working to complete a project along Route 19 that includes a new water service connection for a development as well as two inline valves that will improve reliability of the system.
Customers can prepare for this work by storing water in advance for essential needs. Once service is restored, anyone experiencing cloudy or discolored water is advised to let the water run for three to five minutes.
