Pennsylvania’s Secretary of Education is planning on having students return to school in the fall.
Pedro Rivera spoke yesterday at a state senate hearing and said the education department fully intends to reopen schools this fall.
He said the department is developing guidelines to help provide clarity to school superintendents and ensure the safety of students.
