The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ruled against Congressman Mike Kelly and others in their lawsuit that said mail-in ballots were unconstitutional.
The lawsuit argued that Act 77 of the new election laws adopted in 2019 was illegally implemented. Kelly was joined in the lawsuit by Republican Congressional candidate Sean Parnell.
The Supreme Court unanimously ruled that Kelly and other petitioners waited too long to challenge the state election law.
Pennsylvania certified its election results last week.
