A senior living center in Butler is enacting their COVID-19 action plan after one of their workers tested positive for the coronavirus.
Concordia at the Orchard in Center Township says the employee was part-time and not a direct caregiver. The person last worked at the facility on March 24th, but Concordia learned of the positive test last night around 8:30 p.m.
Concordia says all residents at the facility will be isolated for the next five days, and there will be no visitors allowed.
