Central Electric is anticipating a high demand for electricity today from 1pm to 7pm and residents are being asked to conserve power.
Residents can conserve power by turning off non-essential electronics, raising the thermostat a few degrees, and avoiding doing chores that require energy during peak energy cost periods today.
Deceasing energy during high demand periods can stabilize future power costs for all. For more information visit central.coop/beatpeak.
