We’re working to learn details on an accident where a pedestrian was hit by a train.
The accident happened last night around 7:30 p.m. in the Island neighborhood in the City of Butler, near the 300 block of Negley Avenue.
Dispatchers confirmed that a pedestrian was hit by a train. We’ve reached out to Butler City Police to learn more information.
It’s not known how severe the injuries were to the pedestrian.
Crews were on scene for nearly two hours after the incident.
