The Pittsburgh Penguins opened a three-game road trip with a 4-1 loss last night to the Nashville Predators. Jake Guentzel scored the only goal for the Pens. Goaltender Casey DeSmith stopped 21 of 24 shots. The Predators scored an empty-net goal in the game’s final two minutes.
The Pens visit St. Louis tomorrow night.
