The Pittsburgh Penguins snapped their two game winning streak on Saturday night, as they fell on the road to the Toronto Maple Leafs by a final of 3-2.
Scoring first period goals for the Pens were Teddy Blueger and Sidney Crosby. Matt Murray earned the start in net for the Pens, and made 30 saves. Currently, the Penguins sit in third place in the Metropolitan Division, and are four points out of first place.
The Pens will return to action on Tuesday, as they host the Carolina Hurricanes. You can catch the game following the conclusion of the Knoch boys’ basketball game on WISR 680AM. Faceoff on Tuesday is set for 7pm.
