The Pittsburgh Penguins have hired former New York Rangers assistant Dan Muse as their new head coach. It will be his first stint as a head coach in the NHL, but Muse comes to the Penguins with a deep history of player development since his first job as a collegiate coach in 2007. He is the 23rd coach in franchise history.
