The Pittsburgh Penguins visit the Philadelphia Flyers tonight. The Pens have won their past three games in Philadelphia. The Flyers have won 10 of their past 12 games. The Pens have lost both games on their current road trip, including a 5-4 loss in Tampa Bay Saturday.
Currently the Pens are just one point in front of Carolina for the final Eastern Conference playoff spot. The Hurricanes lost 3-2 to New Jersey Sunday. The Pens have fallen nine points behind the first-place New York Islanders in the Metropolitan Division. They have 27 games remaining.

The Anaheim Ducks have fired head coach Randy Carlyle. The Ducks are currently mired in a seven-game losing streak, and have lost 19 of their past 21 games.
