An online program scheduled to begin later this week will provide information about managing farm finances.
Penn State Extension is offering a four session webinar series beginning Tuesday titled “Farm Sense”. Each session is three hours.
Webinar participants will hear from an instructor about how to create a cash flow statement, balance sheet, and income statement in order to assess a farm’s liquidity, solvency, and profitability. USDA Farm Service Agency loan recipients can fulfill borrower training requirements.
At a cost of $350, pre-registration is required by visiting the Penn State Extension website by the Tuesday.
