PennDOT is looking for public feedback on traffic safety and behaviors.
An online survey has been posted online that looks to getting residents thoughts on how to reduce crashes and fatalities on state roads.
In 2024, PennDOT officials say 1,127 people died in vehicle crashes in the Commonwealth which is 82 fewer than 2023 and the second lowest total since record keeping began in 1928. Fatality data for 2025 is not yet complete.
The survey should take about five minutes to complete, focusing on topics like seatbelt use, impaired driving, speeding, and distracted driving. All responses are completely anonymous.
The survey will be available on PennDOT’s website through the end of the month.
