The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is beginning spring road project maintenance work around Butler County this week.
These activities include drainage work along Gamesland Road in Donegal Township along with pipe replacement along Branchton Road in Washington Township. Paving is planned for Mahood Road in Clay Township.
Patching will be taking place on Whitestown Road in Butler Township, Halston Road in Clay Township, Mars Valencia Road in Renfrew, and Slippery Rock Road in Slippery Rock Township, as well as Dick Road and Country Lane in Connoquenessing Township.
Shoulder cutting is planned for Eau Claire Road in Venango Township, along with West Sunbury Road in Venango and Marion Townships.
