According to the Pennsylvania State Police, an active construction zone was located on Route 68 Chicora Road near Roper Lane on Tuesday.
Just after 10 a.m. a vehicle driven by 71-year-old David MacDonald of Butler attempted to turn north onto Chicora Road and struck 19-year-old Zane Everetts of Chicora.
