
The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Chairman Stephen DeFrank has been reappointed for his second term as Chairman of the Commission.
Originally nominated in 2022 By Governor Tom Wolf, and appointed Chairman by Governor Josh Shapiro in 2023, DeFrank’s new term will be extended through April 2030.
DeFrank says his focus for the next term will be on Grid Reliability, Consumer Protection and the Future of Energy in Pennsylvania.
