Attorney General Michelle Henry announced a Philadelphia man pleaded guilty for trafficking heroin and fentanyl in Butler County.
Investigators determined that more than 1,000 bricks of heroin and fentanyl was trafficked by 33-year-old Quinzal Powell to Butler County back in 2020.
Police say their investigation happened in October of 2020, when Powell’s vehicle was searched and over 1,100 bags of stamped fentanyl was hidden in the vehicle. Powell would transport the drugs to Desirae Feitl and Crystal Pakutz to distribute.
In December of 2022 Feitl was sentenced to six and half to 16 years of prison after pleading guilty.
Powell will serve between eight to 16 years in prison.
