The Mercer County woman, known as the “pink hat lady,” from the January 6th riot is in trouble with the presiding judge over a mask requirement.
40-year-old Rachel Powell, the onetime resident of West Sunbury, posted a photo online of her with a see-through mesh mask over her face at a bookstore.
Per the release, Powell was required to wear a mask anytime she left her home.
The presiding judge has given Powell 10 days to respond and explain her decision.
