Pittsburgh Pirates first baseman Josh Bell has been named a finalist for National League Rookie of the Year. Bell hit 26 home runs last season with a .255 average. Los Angeles first baseman, and likely winner Cody Bellinger hit 39 home runs this season with a .267 average. St. Louis outfielder Paul DeJong was the third finalist.
