The Pittsburgh Pirates will not be a landing spot for shortstop Troy Tulowitzki – who has come to an agreement with the New York Yankees. The Bucs have signed left-handed pitcher Tyler Lyons to a minor league contract. Lyons has been part of the St. Louis Cardinals bullpen for the past five years. He battled injuries last season and was designated for assignment in July. He spent the rest of the season at their Triple-A farm club, then elected for free agency in October.
