The Pitt men’s basketball team fell to Quinnipiac 83-75 Sunday in the Legends Classic in Daytona Beach. It was Quinnipiac’s first victory over an ACC team. The Panthers host Ohio State this Friday at 7pm.
The Pitt women’s volleyball team closed out play at Fitzgerald Field house with a pair of sweeps of Syracuse and Boston College. The Panthers will be moving to the new Victory Heights facility next season. Pitt will host Louisville Wednesday at the Petersen Events Center at 7pm. The Panthers are tied with the Cardinals and Stanford atop the ACC. A victory Wednesday would guarantee at least a share of the ACC title.
