The Pittsburgh Riverhounds won their first-ever United Soccer League championship, by defeating top-seed Tulsa Saturday afternoon. The game was scoreless through regulation play and overtime, before the Riverhounds won the title 5-3 on penalty kicks. The Riverhounds finished the season 6-0-1 under acting head coach Rob Vincent, who replaced longtime coach Bob Lilley after he was put on administrative leave.
