A man accused of murdering one person in Butler County is now in police custody.
State police say they arrested 22-year-old Paris Carter in Philadelphia County yesterday.
Carter is accused of killing 38-year-old David Hines of New Castle early last week in Muddy Creek Township.
According to police, the two men allegedly got into an argument while in a vehicle, which led Carter to shoot Hines. Police then found Hines’ body inside an SUV that was just off of East Portersville Road.
