A man from New York is in custody after a drug bust along I-80.
It happened last Wednesday in Findley Township around 7 p.m.
Police say they pulled over 31-year-old Jose Cabrera of Bronx, New York after he made a traffic violation.
During the stop, troopers became suspicious of criminal activity. A search of the vehicle found over 17 pounds of heroin in a hidden compartment.
Cabrera was arrested and taken to the Mercer County Jail.
