A man from Reading is facing charges for allegedly stealing a motorcycle.
State police were called to an apartment complex in Slippery Rock back in late August to investigate a report of a stolen motorcycle.
After an investigation, police have found that 20-year-old Jose Rivera allegedly stole the bike and dumped it behind a Walmart in New Castle.
