A Portersville man is accused of a theft that occurred last month in Center Township.
According to State Police, 63-year-old Edward Egnacheski was at the flea market on North Main Street extension January 8th when he allegedly took a $200 Dewalt impact driver without paying for it.
Authorities say that the Portersville man then returned to the flea market a week later when he was approached by the Lyndora man who had been selling the driver. Officials say that the accused denied taking the tool and ran from the scene before driving away.
A review of video surveillance showed Egnacheski taking the tool without paying. Criminal charges are pending.
