Pennsylvania State Police are still looking for a man who stole a vehicle and was then involved in a hit and run crash.
The vehicle, which was a 2015 White Buick Verano, was found in Butler City but police have not found the man who was driving.
Police say they are still searching for Donovan Philpot, who allegedly stole the vehicle and is also accused of a hit and run crash Monday morning at the intersection of Great Belt and Bonniebrook Roads in Jefferson Township.
Philpot is a 6-foot black man and last seen wearing a Jamaican Flag Zip up hoodie and is believed to no longer have facial hair.
