Police are investigating after thousands of dollars of copper wire and more were taken from a local campground.
The incident happened back in September of this year at Cooper’s Lake Campground.
Police say an unknown suspect took off with $20,000 to $40,000 worth of copper wire, extension cords, and steel rod. According to police, the items belonged to Shadrack Watersports out of Tennessee.
Police say this case is pending investigation.
