A man will not face charges after an incident with a gun last week at Knoch Primary School.
According to State Police, Troopers were called out to the school around 3:30 p.m. last Thursday (10/9) for a report of a male open carrying a pistol on school property.
Police identified the 33-year-old suspect and determined that he was in lawful possession of the firearm while waiting to pick up a student.
The individual did not threaten anyone and no charges were filed since there were no issues with possessing a firearm in that situation.
