Warrants were served across Butler County yesterday at several different smoke shops for selling illegal THC products.
The raids were completed after an investigation that started in May revealed several locations to be selling illegal THC, Delta-8, Delta-9 THC, and related products throughout Butler County.
The list of locations was not provided, but Butler County officials said 31 warrants were executed at 12 retail establishments and one home.
The investigation remains ongoing and criminal charges are pending against multiple individuals at this time.
The Butler County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Forces, PA State Police, and PA Office of Attorney General all assisted local law enforcement.
