State Police say a juvenile riot broke out at the Clarion Psych Clinic over the weekend that resulted in one teenager being taken into custody.
It happened Saturday afternoon around 2 p.m. when police received a call for an apparent riot involving about 12 juveniles throwing items and assaulting staff.
Police say the scene calmed down when they arrived at the clinic, but two staff members wanted to pursue charges against a 14-year-old girl.
Police took her into custody and after an interview at the police station, she was released to juvenile probation.
