Crews have shut down a portion of I-79 northbound after an accident and icy conditions.
Just after 8:00 a.m. a call came into the Butler County 911 center for a vehicle accident between a commercial vehicle and a non-commercial vehicle with a rollover between the Little Creek and the Portersville exit.
Details on the accident aren’t clear, but everyone in the crash was able to exit their vehicle. Crews are now on scene working to clear that crash.
But due to icy conditions crews have shutdown that portion of the road to avoid further accidents.
