A Sunday afternoon fire destroyed part of the Clinton Township Public Works building.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center just before noon for a fire at the garage, which is in the 700 block of Saxonburg Boulevard.
Dispatchers initially reported heavy smoke and fire at the garage when crews first arrived.
A few municipal vehicles were destroyed in the blaze, including snow removal trucks. Middlesex Township officials say they and other surrounding municipalities have joined the effort in Clinton Township to help remove snow Monday morning.
An investigation is expected to begin Monday.
